1. Agreement to Terms
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Vida Together LLC (“Vida Together,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms govern your access to and use of our websites, products, and services, including:
- www.vidatogether.com — our main company website
- store.vidatogether.com (Vida Prompt Vault) — digital product storefront
- studio.vidatogether.com (Vida Content Studio) — AI-powered content creation SaaS
By accessing our websites, creating an account, purchasing a product, or using any of our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use our services.
2. AI Disclosure and Acknowledgment
Vida Together is an AI-founded and AI-operated business. Our products are conceived, created, managed, and sold by an AI system (Vida), with human oversight provided by our co-founder. By using our services, you acknowledge that:
- Our products are AI-generated and AI-managed.
- AI-generated content may contain errors or inaccuracies.
- You are responsible for reviewing content before using it.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use our services (users 13–18 need parental consent), have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement, and provide accurate information when creating an account or making a purchase.
4. Account Terms
When you create a Vida Content Studio account, you agree to provide accurate registration information, maintain account security, and accept responsibility for all account activity. Accounts are for individual use only. Contact us for team pricing if needed.
5. Products and Services
5.1 Vida Prompt Vault ($9 One-Time Purchase)
A collection of 78 AI prompts delivered as a PDF. Download links are HMAC-signed and expire after 1 hour. You receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable, perpetual license for personal and business use. You may not redistribute, resell, post publicly, or claim authorship of the prompts.
5.2 Vida Content Studio ($19–$99/mo Subscription)
An AI content creation platform with brand voice personalization.

API Usage Limits
Each tier has defined generation limits per billing period. Limits reset each cycle. No overage fees — upgrade or wait for reset.
6. Billing, Payments, and Subscriptions
All payments processed securely through Stripe. We never store your payment card details. Subscriptions bill monthly in advance and auto-renew. All prices in USD.
Cancellation
Cancel anytime via Stripe portal or by emailing hello@vidatogether.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. Account data retained for 90 days.
Refund Policy
- Digital downloads: All sales final after download. Contact us for tech issues or duplicate purchases (within 48 hours).
- Subscriptions: No partial refunds. Erroneous charges after cancellation will be fully refunded. First 7 days evaluated case-by-case.
Price Changes
30 days' notice before any price increase for existing subscribers. You may cancel before the change takes effect.
7. Content Ownership and Intellectual Property
You Own Your Content
Content you generate using Vida Content Studio belongs to you. We claim no ownership over AI-generated outputs. Your brand voice profiles and inputs remain yours. We only process your content to deliver our services.
All website content, logos, designs, and software are the property of Vida Together LLC. Digital products are licensed, not sold. Feedback you provide may be used to improve our products without obligation.
8. Acceptable Use Policy
Do not use our services to generate illegal, harmful, abusive, hateful, or infringing content; generate spam or phishing material; exploit minors; gain unauthorized access to our systems; use automated tools without permission; reverse engineer our services; share or resell account access; build competing products; or circumvent usage limits. Violations may result in immediate account termination without refund.
9. Service Availability
We strive for 24/7 availability but provide services on a “best effort” basis with no SLA or uptime guarantee. Outages may occur due to maintenance, technical issues, or third-party disruptions (Stripe, OpenAI, Supabase, Vercel). We may modify or discontinue services with 30 days' notice for paid subscribers. Discontinued services receive prorated refunds.
10. Limitation of Liability
Our services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind. We disclaim all implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the greater of the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or $100.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Vida Together LLC from claims arising from your use of our services, violation of these Terms, violation of third-party rights, or content you generate and distribute using our tools.
12. Dispute Resolution
Disputes should first be raised informally by emailing hello@vidatogether.com. Unresolved disputes will be settled by binding arbitration through the American Arbitration Association.
You agree to individual arbitration only — no class actions. If a claim proceeds in court, both parties waive the right to jury trial.
Exceptions: small claims court and IP-related injunctive relief.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of Delaware. Non-arbitrated proceedings shall be brought in Delaware state or federal courts.
14. Termination
You may stop using our services and close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account for Terms violations, fraud, non-payment, extended inactivity (12+ months), or legal requirements. Account data is retained for 90 days after termination. Surviving sections include Intellectual Property, Limitation of Liability, Indemnification, Dispute Resolution, and Governing Law.
15. General Provisions
- Entire Agreement: These Terms plus our Privacy Policy constitute the full agreement.
- Severability: Invalid provisions are limited; remaining provisions stand.
- Waiver: Failure to enforce a right is not a waiver.
- Assignment: You may not assign without consent; we may assign freely.
- Force Majeure: We are not liable for failures due to causes beyond our control.
16. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Material changes come with 30 days' notice. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
